In Pokémon Legends: Arceus, Hisuian Samurott is the Water-type starter Pokémon that evolves from Oshawott (evolves at level 17) and Dewott (evolves at level 36). Hisuian Samurott is a Dark and Water-type Pokémon, which means it has a wide array of moves to choose from. The best moves for this Pokémon will be Dark or Water-type, as they will have increased damage in battle due to the S.T.A.B. (Same-Type Attack Bonus) damage boost.
