To actually get the Battle Star to appear though, you first need to complete seven sets of the Season 9 weekly challenges.

Once any seven sets of them have been completed, this Secret Battle Star can be collected and the challenge “Find the Secret Battle Star in Loading Screen #7” will appear in the Utopia Challenges. It will reward you with a Battle Star (one full battle pass tier).

To unlock the Utopia secret skin however you need to complete 90 Fortbyte Challenges.
