Pokemon Go Player Recommends Niantic's Campfire for Finding Guaranteed Dusk Rockruff in Raids

Trainers, Dusk Rockruff, and Dusk Form Lycanroc are now available in the game. However, getting your hands on this unique Pokemon requires a specific approach, as it’s not available to catch in the wild. To encounter Dusk Rockruff, you need to hatch Eggs, complete certain Field Research tasks, or participate in Raids. It’s important to note that Dusk Form Rockruff is a rare find, but one Pokemon Go player seems to have discovered a method to secure a guaranteed Dusk Rockruff from Raids.

So, how does this work? KiwiSteve007 shares that the key lies in using Niantic’s social app, Campfire. Campfire is designed to help you connect with other Trainers and locate nearby Raid Battles, both local and remote. To access Campfire, simply tap the green map icon near the right corner of the in-game map in Pokemon GO. This will show you all the Raid Battles and Flare activity in your area.

When you’re browsing Raids through Campfire, pay close attention to the Raid icons. A normal Rockruff will be indicated by a Rockruff Raid icon. However, if you see a generic Raid Boss icon instead, there’s a good chance it’s a Dusk Rockruff.
