Unlock Special Move 2:
Beat UFC Mode in Open Weight and win a Gold Belt.
Unlock Special Move 3:
Beat Arcade Mode once.
Unlock Special Move 4:
Beat Tournament Mode once.
Unlock Mario Yamasaki:
View the Game Over screen 50 times.
Unlock John McCarthy:
First, perform all the hidden moves of Mario Yamasaki. Then at the Fighter Select screen, hold down L1 while highlighting Mario and press X. 
Unlock Card Girl A:
Watch the between-rounds replay 100 times.
Unlock Card Girl B:
First, perform all the hidden moves of Card Girl A. Then at the Fighter Select screen, hold down L1 while highlighting Card Girl A and press X.
Unlock Bruce Buffer:
Get 1 Gold Belt.
Unlock Lorenzo:
Get a Gold Belt using a Created fighter.
Unlock Dana White:

Beat Career mode with a Created SUMO fighter.
